Information could include the person’s name, the company name, name of an employer, name of the owner of the company, mutual relationship, the name of any accomplice(s), or any person or organisation that you think is involved in the fraud.

For example: Specific details such as their name, nickname, date of birth, phone number, email address, website, Social media ( Linked-in, Facebook, etc), Chamber of Commerce number, BSN, pseudo name.

If your report concerns a company, then please provide, for example, a company name, Chamber of Commerce number, location, etc.

Please Note that being the only one who knows about this may eventually make you known as a source to the suspect and their legal team. That’s because the FIOD is required by law to provide all case information alongside the criminal file – which will include this report. The FIOD and the Public Prosecution Service will of course handle all your information carefully and in line with the law. If you do not want your details to be in the criminal file, you can choose instead to submit your report to ‘Report Crime Anonymously’ or read the Team criminal intelligence (TCI) options on this website.
