There are a few ways to contact us:

  • Do you suspect someone is committing fraud?
    Please note that fraud reports cannot be submitted by phone. You can use the online form on the report fraud page to let us know 
  • Would you like to file a complaint about the FIOD?
    Read how you can file a complaint on the complaints page.  
  • For legal matters or questions regarding an ongoing or completed FIOD investigation, send an email to: fiod.infodesk@belastingdienst.nl and be sure to include the following information:
    • your name and address (if you are contacting us on behalf of someone else, please also include their details)
    • your telephone number
    • if your email relates to an existing case, please include the case number or the name of the FIOD contact if possible.
    • your question, request, or message

Important
Fraud reports should be submitted via the designated fraud reporting form. Unfortunately, reports sent to the above email address cannot be processed.
